Pet Policy
To avoid inconveniencing other guests, Hoa Loi Resort & Retreat operates a strict no-pets policy throughout the resort.
Hoa Loi Resort & Retreat is a Smoke-Free Property
Built from eco-friendly materials, guest safety and fire prevention are always top priorities at Hoa Loi Resort & Retreat. We have strict regulations prohibiting smoking within the resort premises. Guests who do not comply may be asked to leave, and no refund will be issued (this information is included in the booking confirmation letter).
We have designated smoking areas available for guests who need them — please follow staff guidance.
Outside Food & Beverages
To ensure food safety and protect the resort environment, guests are kindly requested not to bring outside food or beverages into the resort.
Violations of this policy will be subject to surcharges in accordance with our policy.
Additionally, Hoa Loi Resort & Retreat pursues a "No Plastic" policy and encourages guests to minimise single-use plastic items brought into the resort.
Children & Extra Guest Policy
Children under 5 years old: Free of charge when sharing a room with parents.
Children aged 6 to under 12: Subject to a supplementary charge per current resort regulations.
Guests aged 12 and above: Counted as adults.
Extra guest surcharge: For booking services, guests aged 12 and above will be charged a supplement of 250,000 VND/person/night.
We only accept the number of guests (adults and children) confirmed in the booking. Should additional guests arrive, we reserve the right to decline entry or apply extra charges subject to availability. Please inform us in advance if changes are expected. Please note that guests aged 12 and above are considered adults.
Payment & Deposit
Guests are kindly requested to complete a 70% deposit of the total booking value to finalise the reservation.
